In this two-day workshop (6 hours total), we will create an 8×8″ Mosaic artwork using various glass and ceramic tesserae.
Thursday, June 6th – 5pm-9pm (Design & Create): Learn about the tools, materials and basic process of mosaic art.
Friday, June 7th – 5pm-7pm (Grouting): Students will learn the grouting process and will leave with a completed wall hanging.
Students are invited to bring in a meaningful ceramic dish to incorporate in their piece or to share. All levels welcome. No prior experience necessary.
$79 workshop fee does not include materials. A $10 materials kit (including pattern options) can be purchased from the instructor at the beginning of the workshop on the first night.
