Glass Snowflakes- NEW DATE!

Create this sparkling glass snowflake using the copper foil method of stained glass. Participants will make a snowflake using pre-cut beveled glass pieces and soldering to bond them together. These snowflakes are gems that can hang to add sparkle and beauty during the winter months or all year round. 

In this workshop, we will wrap our glass bevel pieces in a copper foil tape and participants will learn to solder.

We ask that all participants wear closed toed shoes and sign a waiver when arriving to class. The waiver explains in detail, that there is sharp glass in the studio, that all participants must receive proper training before using tools and machinery  and some processes involve the use of potentially hazardous materials. 

Please do not sign up if pregnant or breastfeeding due to use of lead solder.
