Private Party- Glass Snowflakes- K.Snow

Create this sparkling glass snowflake using the copper foil method of stained glass. Participants will make a snowflake using pre-cut beveled glass pieces and soldering to bond them together. These snokflakes are gems that can hang to add sparkle and beauty during the winter months or all year round. We will be using lead free solder in a well ventilated environment. 

In this workshop, we will wrap our glass bevel pieces in a copper foil tape and participants will learn to solder, which involves the melting of solder. Our space is well ventilated and lead/ tin OR lead-free solder is avalable for use in this workshop. We will discuss the use of both solders in class.
