Ephemera Jewelry is a technique of pressing paper imagery between thin glass and soldering a frame on it with lead free solder. This is a unique craft and your finished pieces are sure to spark conversation.
In this workshop Participants will create unique one of a kind collage jewels. You will be free to decide what your jeweles will be used for, be it pendants, earrings, ornaments or broaches. Students will be cutting custom glass shapes, creating paper collage, wrapping with copper foil and using handheld soldering irons and lead free solder. Some jewelry finding will be available as well for finishing touches.
Beginners welcome, all materials provided.
