Stained Glass Potted Plants

Allyson Biondo of RainRose Glass joins us again to teach you fun new things in glass! Create a house plant or succulent in Stained Glass and "plant" it into a lovely repurposed planter of your choice! This is a great basic stained glass project to enhance your skills or jump start your stained glass crafting. No experience is necessary.  This is a 3 hour workshop in which you will be learning to cut glass and solder, creating leafy greenery in the copper foil method. This course is extra special in that you can then add your stained glass to a repurposed planter. We have a large selection of beatiful teacups and kettles and repurposed pottery to embellish your "plant" as well as rocks and moss!

This class is for adults 18+due to the use of lead and soldering chemicals unless a parent/ guardian is present and signs a waiver.

We will be using lead/tin solder for our projects. We have eye  protection, gloves, and a well ventilated workshop. Please do not  register if pregnant or breastfeeding due to potential lead exposure  from soldering.
